Every year as the winter months turn warmer, and we see the first signs of spring popping out of the ground we start to get that itch. The itch to clean, to purge out the bad and to start fresh. Scientist estimate that we absorb 5 pounds of the chemicals that we are exposed to each year. It makes sense since our skin in the largest organ in our bodies. It would also make sense that our skin could greatly benefit from a little reboot every spring.

Try not to stress about getting it perfect every time, as stress can do more damage to our skin than we think. I like to make lists, it helps me keep my thoughts organized. Then I can pick and choose what gets done each day.
