It has probably happened to all of us at one-point, sunless tanner applied to dark in areas like hands and elbows. When that happens what do we do? Scrub endlessly! I figured I would make it easy and compile a list of removal tricks I found on the web. Some I have tried and some I have not. So, let me know how it goes or if you have any better tricks for removing sunless tanner.
- Baby oil- apply to area and leave on for 45-60 minutes
- Baking Soda- apply and work into area, leave on for 20-30 minutes
- Lemon- rub into stained area to lighten
- A body scrub
- Soaking in bath tub or sauna
A quick tip is to not scrub yourself raw trying to get it off all at once. Exfoliate off the tan in a few scrubs so as not to over sensitize your skin.
