This recipe is great for those mornings when your hair is on fire and you need to get breakfast quick. I like to make enough for 3 days or so that way I have healthy options for breakfast.
½ C Gluten Free Old Fashion Oats
½ C milk (any type you like)
½ teaspoon pure maple syrup
¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Toppings For Serving (optional): fresh fruit, nuts or nut butters
Process: Combine all ingredients (without toppings) in a mason jar, put lid on and shake jar lightly to mix ingredients. Place in fridge for minimum of 6 hours, eat within 3 days for best results. Serve with your favorite toppings when you are ready!
