After a long day of shopping or spending time with the family we all could use a little relaxation. What better way to unwind then a nice hot bath with your own bath salts? This recipe is rich in sea minerals as well as the skin softening and conditioning ingredients of grapeseed oil and oats. So, light a candle and start the water.
2 cups sea salt
¼ cup grapeseed oil or almond oil
½ cup baking soda
¼ cup oat flour- grind up oats in your ninja or food processor
1 cup Epsom salts
5-8 drops of your favorite essential oil- Example lavender for sleep
Process- Combine sea salt and oil. Next blend in baking soda, oat flour, and Epsom salt. Lastly, add the essential oils a few drops at a time until well blended. Store in an air tight container for up to 6 months.
